for a sub and a package we had to wait all hours. after an hour we called and it was said that first the customers are served in the last. after another hour, nobody went to the phone.
on the day of the day. we knew it would take a long time, quite normal. Eating was warm, just like when you pick it up. food was in order and very tasty.
