A 1 star rating is too generous for this flimsy, unprofessional location. I blame myself for ever returning to this chain but sometimes, it is the sole option in my area. I have only interacted with this location twice which is two times too many. The second time was enough to compel me to write this review. I stopped in at 9:06 PM after a meeting on Wednesday and came to find they 'd closed. Mind you, the sign says they close at 9:30 PM. I've been working near this location for almost five years, and I've consistently encountered terrible service. I don't understand why management struggles to train their staff effectively. The employees are often rude, have refused to fix sandwich orders, bark orders at customers, and have even lied about the availability of ingredients. While Subway offers reasonable prices for a quick lunch, this specific location is simply not worth it. This criticism isn't based on just one bad experience—I've been hoping for a change in staff, but unfortunately, even when new employees are there, they are just as disappointing as the previous ones.
This isn't an authentic sub sandwich, but I'll give it 4 stars for the delicious made-to-order salad on a roll, especially when you're craving something inexpensive. The selection of fresh-baked breads makes up for the somewhat meager portions of meat, but the best part is you can have the server pile on a pound of salad at no extra charge! It is what it is—$2 for meat and $7 for add-ons.
I’m confused as to why they would answer the phone if they don’t speak English. I had a simple request: to change my pickup time to 11:30. Their website indicated 11:30, but my order confirmation stated 9:30. When I called to ask for the change, the woman on the line seemed completely lost, even though I was clear. If language is an issue, maybe they shouldn’t be taking phone calls.

I had a wonderful experience! I accidentally left my wallet behind, but the staff member was incredibly kind and offered to make my sandwich for free! When I returned, he was just as cheerful as before. I'm so thankful for such friendly people!
