The Subway off Dorsett and McKelvey Roads is usually pretty great. Some of the biggest benefits have been that they are quick, have fresh vegetables and have a good staff. Some drawbacks are (like many Subway restaurants) that they can run out of bread and close early. Parking isn't really an issue (unless you are driving an abnormally large truck). Though the Covid pandemic has restructured most businesses, this Subway has lost very little in terms of food or quality. The biggest is they understandably still do not have indoor dining at this time.
I picked up my order today after placing it through Uber Eats. When I got home, I discovered that the entire order was wrong! I checked the receipt, and while it had my name on it, the order was completely different. I tried calling the restaurant to resolve the issue, but the number listed just gave me a continuous busy signal before hanging up. I even tried two different numbers with the same result. So now I have to decide whether to eat what I received or drive back to the restaurant. So much for treating myself today.
The restaurant was very clean, but the food was only mediocre. The person who made my sandwich seemed either inexperienced or indifferent; half of it fell out before it was even wrapped, and the rest spilled out when I got home. The staff were friendly, but with food prices being what they are these days, they’ll need to improve to keep customers returning.
I had an amazing experience at this restaurant! It was the best underground spot I've tried so far. The staff were incredibly friendly, even while juggling in-person customers and online orders. They apologized for any delays and were very pleasant throughout the visit. They didn't skimp on any ingredients, either!

The food was good however service and atmosphere was completely rude. A man came in 25+ minutes before closing and was told he couldn’t eat inside because they “were closing”. Friends of staff were taking food and drink and not paying for it.(sandwiches and drinks not only cookies).
I arrived at the restaurant at 2:40 PM on a Sunday, but they refused to take my order, informing me that they didn't have a "night shift." The open sign was illuminated, and the hours posted on the door clearly stated that they were open from 9 AM to 9 PM on Sundays.
This is the fastest and cleanest subway restaurant I've ever visited! The two girls at the counter were efficient, friendly, and seemed genuinely happy to be working. I will definitely make this my go-to subway from now on.
The restaurant has a new owner and it seems to be improving. It wasn’t bad before, but now it’s getting even better.
