I ordered a catering tablet from another store when I showed up that the business had closed and never gave me a head up. I called the 800 number she was transferring to this store, but when I showed up, I received it. I spoke to the staff and they stopped everything and made the job on site to save the day. I made them good and they should be recognized for their kindness, courtesy and professionalism. Thanks for saving the day
Subpar service. The product has become a bit better since the new franchise has taken over it, but no renovations as planned during its two-month absence (together with my other business in Coopersburg). But all in all, its large branch, good sandwiches, good atmosphere.
Very friendly staff, good service. Welcomed on arrival, and even after leaving after my lunch they made sure to have a wonderful day. It is nice to be treated as a human being, as to resist only one sign.
Loved the energy of the employee behind the counter! The place is a little difficult to see from the road and navigate to, but it is clean and staff and very friendly!
