I have visited this restaurant at least once a week, but have encountered rude staff on multiple occasions when I haven't worn a face covering, despite being exempt. I shouldn't have to constantly explain my situation or wear a lanyard. One staff member in particular was disrespectful and dismissive when I tried to clarify. The customer service here is definitely lacking, as they frequently make mistakes with orders and always have excuses for it.
I am not particularly a fan of Subway. I don't really like the bread too much. Since there was once close to where I was working and I was hungry I gave it a go. I had a sub filled with cheese and meat. Cannot remember what it was called. The filling was ok but I am not really a fan of the bread. It tastes and feels cheap to me with no real substance. Apart from that it was ok.
Finally, the restaurant has undergone a much-needed makeover. The refurbishment has greatly improved the atmosphere, making it look much cleaner and more modern. The sandwiches and coffee are consistently delicious, and the cookies are also fantastic. Don't miss out on trying them!
Staff today seemed to be very rude for some reason, very unhelpful and could not be bothered to help, the cups were dirty and toilets were not properly cleaned, very disappointing
