I placed an online order and went to pick it up 30 minutes later, but they hadn't even started making it. The restaurant wasn't busy at all and there was no one in there. The order should have been ready. When I got home, my order was all wrong. I called the restaurant and went back for the corrected order, but it was still wrong. One sub had nothing but lettuce in it. The staff were playing around and not wanting to work. This place is a joke! I will never order from there again. The service was terrible.

I ordered the sweet onion chicken teriyaki sandwich. It was delicious. The service was excellent. Although I couldn't see their smiles behind the masks, everyone seemed to be happy.
The bread is not baked properly. I’ve been a dozen times amd the bread is always under cooked. It’s doughy and raw and I have to have them toast it in the oven to make it edible.
I highly recommend the Sweet Onion Chicken Teriyaki dish from this restaurant for dinner. The price per person is between $10 and $20 for a take-out meal.
Staff is friendly, veggies and bread have always been fresh, service is quick, I love the new order ahead option, and the store is always clean
