The next day, I called to resolve the issue, and they told me I could have all the subs replaced. I agreed but requested to speak with the manager. I called her on Monday, and while she offered either a refund or to replace just two of the subs (since my husband had eaten one), I was frustrated. I had ordered online during a promotion for buy two, get one free.
Today, I went in to get the three subs replaced, but the manager (who was quite rude) told me I could only exchange the two I brought back. The worst location ever!!! More expensive than other locations, and they cheat customers. I ordered 6oz of chicken in a cup to the side and paid for it like I always do from any other location. I get to work and weight it 2.8oz. Why the hell would u charge me for 6 oz when u give me 2.8 oz. I call the location the worker tells me the manager will call u tomorrow!!!! Guess what, all I wanted was to come and pick up the rest of the damn chicken not wait until tomorrow to eat the rest of the chicken!!!!
Update (August 14, 2018): We returned for another visit, and while I enjoyed my cold cut combo, my grandmother had the meatball sub. She thought it tasted good, but it seemed like it was made with the last few meatballs from the tub, and unfortunately, she’s now feeling unwell and thinks she might need to be sick. The employees were very nice and proper, so I really don’t think it was their fault at all; it could just be a coincidence that she got the meatballs from the bottom of the tub.
I ordered through DoorDash, and some items from my order were missing. The food had a very unpleasant smell, and the delivery bag was a complete mess. One of my subs had ranch spilling all over the other subs, while another was so greasy that the oil soaked through the wrappers. I would recommend avoiding this place until they improve their quality and service.

Online order was completely off. Ordered one 6 , one footlong.Got two footlong subs.The bread requested for the original 6 was swapped and made with the original footlong.Ordered Jalapeno Potato Chips, instead was given a side of literal jalapeno chips.Granted she was working alone, but I didn't expect an online order could turn out so wrong.
Is it normal for employees to listen to music while preparing my food? Every time I visit this location, I see employees wearing earbuds. I was just there today, and the woman working had her phone hanging out of her pocket while listening to music. This behavior feels unprofessional and reflects poorly on Subway's management.
The service was terrible, not due to the young woman working, but because she was all alone. She had ten DoorDash orders to handle, causing the customers to wait unnecessarily. That's simply unacceptable. Subway needs to improve in this area. That young woman deserves a significant raise for her hard work.
We enjoy hanging out. Yesterday we came to this excellent place which friends recommended to us. We enjoyed a beautiful evening there with very good meal and an efficient team and a talented cook. We put this fine restaurant in our list and we shall definitely return very soon. We highly recommend.

It's been awhile since we have been to a subway, didn't realize how much I missed their sandwiches. It's clean inside and the sandwiches are good. I got the rotisserie chicken today, yummy.
