I visited the Subway sandwich shop located at 168th St on Hillside Ave yesterday, where I ordered two sandwiches. Unfortunately, the staff member who assisted me was quite stingy with the ingredients, even though I asked for extra. To make matters worse, he refused to cut my sandwich and instead separated the pieces. He raised his voice at me and treated me poorly in front of other customers. I have already submitted a complaint directly to Subway regarding this experience.
I placed an order online for pickup and arrived at the designated time, but I found out that they hadn't begun preparing my order until I walked in and they retrieved the receipt from the side. What's the purpose of ordering in advance if I still have to wait?

This is likely the worst Subway I’ve ever been to. The quality is just not there. Honestly, you’d be better off eating at the McDonald's on the corner. Book a table now
