I had the worst customer service experience I've ever encountered at this restaurant. The woman working there, who appeared to be the manager, made my sandwich but then kept me waiting in line for five minutes while she served four other customers who were behind me. When I asked why she had done that, her response was, "If you have a problem with that, then get the f out of here." Everyone around was shocked, and my friend and I decided to leave the food behind and walk out. A few other patrons left with us as well. On our way out, she continued to yell insults at us. It was unbelievable. Save your money and don't support this place.

I really enjoy nearly every sandwich I order from Subway, and I appreciate that you can customize your order to your liking. The customer service is decent as well—pretty much what you'd expect from a reliable chain restaurant.
