I usually buy Subway for my younger son, who is a picky eater and loves their sandwiches, even though I cook at home a lot. Unfortunately, this branch never smiles or greets customers, whether it's a busy or slow day. I’ve come to expect this lack of service. Today, I noticed the lettuce in my son's sandwich was yellow, and when my daughter asked the server to cut her sandwich, it wasn't done.
To Subway management, please pay attention to the quality of service and the freshness of your vegetables. I would appreciate it if you took this feedback seriously. Thank you.
this place is very convenient and I stop here on the way home sometimes. However, it 's a national chain and you think they would adhere to the corporate promotions. nope. I patiently waited in line and presented my coupons, only to be told we are not accepting coupons . we 'll that 's a big eff u to customers on a fixed income who have plenty of other options. I might add that after I was told that, several other potential customers followed me out the door without ordering. to paraphrase Arnold Schwarzenegger l won 't be back!
The cleanliness of this establishment is a major concern! An older employee was observed repeatedly using a dirty rag to put food that had fallen off sandwiches back into the containers at the preparation table, all while still making sandwiches for customers. I witnessed this happen twice. This level of hygiene is extremely troubling and unprofessional.
I ordered a pastrami sandwich it had no pastrami very poorly made. I call them they said I ordered through doordash and I needed to call them for help with this problem, I called and they only wanted to give me some of my money back I will never eat anything from Subway again and Doordash?

The little short (looks to be middle eastern lady) was so rude when asked a question..i just had to walk out..other staff unfriendly,like it is a hard place to work, like employees do not like eachother.. recommend to go other place for your sandwich 1/31/2023 1:25pm
The sandwich artist at the Brooklyn location was fantastic! She was polite, friendly, and professional, and she followed my instructions perfectly. This was the best customer service I've experienced at a Subway in years. She definitely deserves a raise!

Terrible experience. The management is awful and they serve food beyond its expiration date by altering the labels. I definitely do NOT recommend eating anything from this place.

There sandwiches were dry and old. I ordered chicken Teriyaki and it was dry and gummy. Their soda’s were watered down from machine. The subway on Kenyon are better.
