I had two bad interactions with this restaurant, one over the phone and one in person. On the phone, I was told that I could order plates made on the same day if I called at least an hour in advance. However, when I went in to place an order a few days later, the team members were clueless and couldn't fulfill my request. They even told me to go somewhere else. The establishment was not as hygienic as they had claimed on the phone. This was my first time visiting and it was a stressful experience. Thankfully, I found a different restaurant that was much cleaner and was able to help me with my order.
the personal is fantastic and eating is great for a franchise. from this location has been bought for years and worked for a decade. the owners of this local do a great job in upkeep and consistency. brot is almost always the same quality and bake the same. (which I love when ordering crimped and cheese) not accessible to the record.
The staff is friendly, but could benefit from more training in organizing orders for different groups. Only one person was responsible for processing all orders, leading to longer wait times. Parking is available on the street or in a nearby lot at the back of the restaurant, making it easy to find a spot.
I used to eat here before, until today. The girl serving customers had a horrible attitude and provided ridiculous small portions of food. I felt like I was not paying for my food, but begging for it. I wasted my money in this place!!

Always used to go there until they exposed that the tuna had pork inside of it and I don’t eat pork and they put chicken and other varieties of items and then they lying and just saying it only had tuna in it 0/10 do not recommend
Where’s the meat subway ? The meat is sliced so thin and , they give all this lettuce it was just a waste. Lots of mayonnaise, asked for oil and vinegar ??. You live and learn .
The people at this restaurant are amazing and the food is always fresh. Great dining experience every time.
Make the sandwich just how I want. They change their gloves and are mindful of vegetarian/ vegan diets.
