Awful experience, will not be returning. Today I ordered 4 sandwiches. When the last sandwich was ready, I noticed it was plain with just cheese. I politely asked for a different one, but the server rudely insisted I pay for both the original sandwich and the new one. They claimed they would deduct the cost from their paycheck. Confused, I questioned this policy and was met with hostility. I refused to pay for a sandwich I didn't want due to a simple mistake and left without my order. As I left, the server made a snide remark. I will not be back.
I recently visited the Subway located off Jennings Station Road and 367 in Jennings, and it was one of the best Subway experiences I've had in St. Louis. Before preparing the food, the staff washed their hands and put on fresh gloves. The service was excellent, as was the food and cookies. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and I will definitely be returning to order another delicious sub sandwich. The employee who made my sandwich did it exactly how I like it. Thank you to all the staff at Subway for a great experience!
I visited this restaurant this morning at 11:30am. There were two people inside picking up their food, but when I tried to open the door, it was locked. Another employee informed me that they were closed for the day with a rude attitude. I will never go back to this subway in the ghetto. The employees were snobby and disrespectful. It's absurd to come to work and not want to work. Shake my damn head.

This Subway is clean from lobby to behind the counter the employees were very nice friendly all around pleasant. Went to 3 different locations that were supposed to be open and they were closed. I'm officially making this my Subway of choice. Keep up the great service.
This place never has bread ready. You would think at lunch time they would be fully equipped. But they never are. I’m pretty sure they don’t make a lot of money because they never have the main ingredient which is bread
friendly staff, but it rarely goes smoothly. this time, the one of them did not work so they could not make my steak cheese (the only sandwich I get from the subway)
