This review is for the 3-person team that will close tonight. They were friendly enough to disappoint my order that it was so close to the closing time. Earlier tonight I went to the location of Jamaica Center station and this man was incredibly rude and totally unhelpful, I had to go before still angry and caused a scene... he could definitely learn something (or FIVE! about communicating with customers from the A-Team at this Merrick Blvd location. Thanks again for saving my night.
The food was very fresh, the store was exceptionally clean and above all the customer service was so on point. The gentleman who took and prepared my and my daughter-in-law's order paid great attention to detail- we are serious about our sandwiches..lol. He along with the other staff were very courteous. For me this is very important. Thank you!
Hands down my favorite subway location. Excellent friendly engaging customer service and fresh ingredients! I’ve tried many location because I practically live off subway and I’m always pleased with this very location every time without a doubt.

Always friendly service they get pretty busy at times and work fast, but I never feel hastily, they often recognize to visit customers sandwiches (and cookies) always taste fresh Black Own Business on all who keep the great work!
So far the best subway I ever been, the energy of the people that work here is great, you don’t see that every day, is like being in family. First time I go and they treat me like they know me for life
