I spent $14 on a sandwich from this restaurant, but when I got home and tried to eat it a few hours later, it tasted bad. I was upset and went back to the restaurant with a coworker to request a refund. The staff refused to give me a refund and said they didn't feel the need to do so. I am not happy and want to speak to a manager. It is unacceptable to take customers' hard-earned money and provide them with subpar food.
We have always loved the Subway sandwiches they make to order, just be sure to place your order before they start making it.
