Like the manager and employees. Limited seating for covid. The location is not in either food court so it doesn't typically have lines which is very convenient. The employees are very nice, but do not work at an urgent pace nor do they multitask very well.
My sandwich is always so delicious especially when they're not skimming on the ingredients. Would a little more people-skills have hurt to earn you a 5-star rating with me? Thank goodness I'm a happy and pleasant person.
