Last night, on 12/12/23, I entered a Subway restaurant with a homeless woman whom I have seen in Long Beach for months. She is very sweet and just needed some kindness, which she definitely found in the staff that night. The employees made sure to make her feel welcomed and took care of her. Being homeless and having mental health issues, kindness is crucial. I can't praise enough the kindness shown by the two women. Subway, you have hired amazing women with compassion and understanding in their hearts. Thank you!
Yesterday, we visited this Subway location and noticed that the cashier was not wearing a mask. I discreetly informed another worker about this, as I did not want to cause a scene. The worker reassured me that he was separated by a glass barrier. However, I still felt uneasy about the possibility of the unmasked cashier handling the open food and uncooked vegetables.
I've been to this subway 2 times and have received bad service both times . Don't go . First of all the first time I went the worker which is a female got both of my orders wrong and gives attitude . Also dirty place to eat . No clean tables . Today , I waited for about 10 minutes with no service while the two ladies saw me waiting said nothing .
Avoid this restaurant at all costs. I ordered a tuna sandwich sub and ended up getting food poisoning. I gave them another chance a couple of weeks later and got food poisoning again. I will not be returning for a third time. Stay away from this Subway if you value your health. Book a table now
I had a wonderful experience at this Subway location. The service was excellent, and the staff were very polite. It was my first time visiting this particular Subway, and I will definitely be returning.
Pissed it's like almost anywhere I go no one knows how to wrap a wrap ... came here for my dinner break opened to my whole wrap on the floor because it was wrapped incorrectly
Simon was really polite , outstanding service . I ordered a very particular sandwich and he went above and beyond to make it perfect. This Subway is really clean as well!
