I've ordered for a group of four people here for the second time in three months, and once again, I ran into issues. When I got to the register, I found out that their Subway gift card reader wasn’t working. To make matters worse, two people in my party wanted roast beef, which is no longer on the menu. What kind of sub shop doesn’t offer roast beef? I'm not coming back here again. I'm really disappointed.

I visited the restaurant to order a sandwich and specifically requested a 6-inch size. However, the employee at the counter accidentally prepared a footlong sandwich. When I pointed out the error, she became defensive and, rather than addressing my concerns, retreated to the back after I expressed my frustration with her attitude.
The restaurant offers fresh food in a clean setting. Moreover, there was a young employee who showed remarkable courtesy to the customers. Even though she was the only staff member on duty, she managed everything with great composure.
