I have dined at this restaurant many times without any problems, but my experience two weeks ago was quite disappointing. I ordered an All-American sub, and the employee preparing it seemed unsure of what to do. He and a female coworker came out from the back while eating, and when he started making my sandwich, I noticed he had overlooked one of the ingredients. When I pointed it out, he insisted I was wrong. I even showed him the picture from the menu that clearly displayed the missing ingredient, but he responded, "Oh no, it just looks like that." I can't help but crave this particular Subway location all the time. The food is incredibly fresh, and the flavors are noticeably superior to those at other Subways. While each Subway has its own appeal, this one really distinguishes itself. I admire the professionalism with which the food is prepared. Honestly, it tastes better than some steakhouses and expensive restaurants that seem to be driven by the wrong motives.
Overall, my experience with the sandwiches was satisfactory, but I did have some concerns when I first entered the restaurant. It was only 11 AM, yet the floor was dirty and hadn't been swept, the glass surfaces were smudged and marked with fingerprints, and there was a pile of cardboard cluttering the area near the back door. As far as my sandwiches go, they were fine. When I walked into the restaurant initially though, I was concerned about how dirty it appeared. It was only 11am and the floor was filthy and unswept, the glass was smudged and covered in fingerprints and there was a pile of cardboard just laying around by the backdoor. The girls were also slow.
This restaurant is located inside a Walmart Supercenter. I ordered takeout for lunch, and the price per person was between $10 and $20. The food was excellent, earning a solid 5 out of 5, and the service matched with another 5. The atmosphere, however, was more average, scoring a 3. Overall, I had a great experience!
The food was quite good, but the attitude of the employees was lousy. They have a real negative personality, acting as if they are doing the customers a favor by waiting on them. Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20
