During my visit, I experienced several problems at this restaurant. The sauces were incorrectly labeled in their containers, which caused a lot of confusion. One female employee boasted about keeping her paper towels in a baby wipe bin, proudly stating that it's not approved by Subway and dismissively telling others to "kiss her ass." Despite a long line of customers waiting, a male employee disappeared into the back room. Without a drive-thru, it was puzzling why the service was so slow. Overall, the atmosphere felt rather strange.
One of the slowest Subway locations I've ever experienced. It took the only employee 15 minutes to prepare three sandwiches for the customers in front of us, and then another 5 minutes for the two sandwiches we ordered. Unfortunately, he messed up my wife's sandwich so badly that it was inedible. She had to wait to eat something at the St. Louis airport over an hour later.
I dined at this restaurant last night and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. The young man who made my sandwiches was rather rude and appeared to overlook the fact that there were other customers waiting in line. It felt strange when he asked how my day was, especially since he was hurriedly rushing me at that moment.
The staff is generally outstanding, although new employees can occasionally be slow and make errors. Overall, my experience at Subway has been average. The sandwiches taste reasonably good, but with prices consistently increasing while the quality stays the same, I'm starting to lose my enthusiasm for Subway.

I visited this Subway last night after the one in Raymond closed. Unfortunately, this location seems to be poorly managed. Every time I've gone there, the staff has been either rude or indifferent, which makes it hard for me to figure out what I want on my sandwich.
We used to visit this restaurant at least once a week, but now it has become quite overpriced and they no longer accept coupons. It's puzzling that they send out coupons to our homes but won’t honor them. Service: Takeout Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $30–50.
