Walked in at 8:03 pm. They close at 9pm. Zero customers inside the store (no wonder why) waited for an oversized woman (term used for describing the person only looking at us for the next 5 min doing nothing in the back. She said her name is Jessica. Once she slowly comes up to us we let her know that we want to order a 6 inch turkey sandwich no veggies nothing, bread and cheese and Mayo (for my 5 year old, very simple) she says that she is only taking online orders because she is the only employee at the moment. I would totally IUnderstand if the store had plenty of customers. Can’t feel bad for this branch falling apart. Not the first bad experience here but the most ridiculous so far. We...

Visited this place a while back and at that time this subway was decent, I came back about a week ago with my partner and we tried the Italian subs, mozza meat and supreme meats both were dry and not fresh, it was as if they didn't have the right condiments at hand, the meats seemed not to be the right portion as if they scimp on that part, when I brought it to the supervisor on shifts attention he was dismissive and of no help, although he offered to remake the sandwiches when he did, the problem was still the same DRY and not FRESH! so we will no longer be coming to this subway in the future....I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SUBWAY????????????????????

I arrived at 8:03 pm, with the restaurant closing at 9pm. There were no customers inside the store. After waiting for five minutes, a staff member named Jessica finally appeared but informed us that she was only taking online orders as she was the only employee at the time. I would have understood if the store was busy, but it was empty. This branch seems to be falling apart, and this was not my first bad experience here. We ended up leaving and going to the branch on Compton Blvd, where we received fast and attentive service as usual. I will not be wasting my time at this location again.

Best experience I have had at a subway!! They were fast and understanding. when I was on my phone getting another order in they were patient and understanding they were patient with me and served me my sandwich with a happy attitude. It's clean: I sat down to eat and there tables were clean and neat. Sanitization:from when I came in I saw them cleaning tables from people that just left wich help relieve some stress on whether where I eat is contaminated or dirty. OVERALL great experience and will come again!!! Book a table now

This place is very inconsistent. They always have different staff. The only one thats there is ysually tjebowner which his indian and some hispanic older male which I'm assuming is a manager. He had his days, some days he has an attitude. Usually if i mobile order something is always wrong.

Got a new guy in here he's nervous but trying this other dude is barely helping and bumping him out of the way while he's making my order. The other customer even told this guy to help the new person and he just ignored him, SMH, beside that everything was okay.

If i can give this place zero stars i would the customer service aint it every single time i come here today i had enough the guy isareal refused to serve me food i will never step another foot in here please any MANGER REACH OUT !!!

This subway charges $5 more for the same exact combo I get a mile down the road from another subway I think they're trying to scam people or something Book a table now
