My last visit, The cashier named Papi was VERY RUDE to me. I asked her for some fixings on the side and she responded WHY!? and followed with all attitude afterwards. I said never mind and drove down to New Carrollton 's Subway and got greeted and served with no issues or questions what so ever. I had ordered several footlong subs and everyone doesn 't like to same fixings. To make matters worst, a few weeks later my sister said she went to the same store and was treated TERRIBLE by the same cashier. I wrote a letter to Subway 's Corporates but they never responded back. I 've been going to Jersey Mike 's ever since and so has my sister.
Worst customer service ever. Lady on duty was very rude. Went in to get a drink and use the restroom. Saw restroom was closed when I walked up and she threatened to call the police like it was against the law to inquire about the restroom. She was very unpleasant and I for one will never go there again. Owners of this subway need to do so investigations. Sad

When I asked the two employees at the front if my child could use the employee restroom, they completely disregarded and ignored me. a 4 star service was great. great? buuut he forgot to put my beautiful cookies in my bag? chocolate chip and chopped? I wasn't happy that I called and that phone was ringing right now?. I think I should get free cookies for a year? .
Extremely impolite and disrespectful. As I was attempting to place my order at the register, the cashier rudely interrupted me with hand gestures urging me to hurry up. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone.
I ordered a forest ham sandwich but they forgot to put the ham on it. In the end, I had to substitute with sliced turkey at home. It was disappointing and felt unprofessional.
