Today we purchased a 6 inch seafood roll from the James Street, Burleigh Heads store at approx 11.30am. New girl learning / training here, yes they have to learn, that's not a problem, happy to wait as she was a little slower.Our seafood meat was scrapped on and then scrapped off !!! only a touch left on the actual bead roll. When buying prepared food I always look at the presentation of the store/restaurant in the belief that if the shopfront is clean, the back kitchen is clean (hopefully). I know it is judging a 'book' by its 'cover' but that motto has served me well in the past. Without a doubt, this is the cleanest store I've purchased from and I've been to virtually every Subway store from Melbourne to Singapore!
nice,bright decor and convenient in shopping mall,with lots of hidden surprises that most travellers possibly don't realise it's there,parking and access is so much easier than some of the more ritzy malls !!
its Subway, what more is there to say? you know exactly what you are going to get. A healthy'ish meal depending upon your choices. Kids love it. Cookies are addictive - you have been warned.

We decided to have subway after having too many cooked meals over the past couple of days, the place was packed but the staff were so fast you didn't have to wait long.
The staff are great and no request is to much. The ingredients and selection is first class. This is great value for money and something to meet everyone's need

Went there twice during stay no complaints. Good food fresh and tasty.....Nice and handy in the middle of Main Street shopping area.
