phenomenal, extremely terrible. How can someone make such a disgusting sub? I won't call names, but steer the older male sandwich manufacturer. will call him stacks after the stacks were finished to be rude to the customers before me, he continued to dress my 6 inches with hits, I was afraid for my underwear after what I had just experienced. as I feared, he began with a ridiculous amount of salate, followed by two small tomatoes. with a stack of 6 gurkens directly in the middle of the sand, the!? then we come to the ranch sauce and at the time he was finished, the bottle was empty and my sub was a legitimate submarine floating in ranch sauce. stacks tries to fold the submarine in the half,...
my man and I are very disappointed by the quality of the service we received tonight when we went and placed our order. our server took our order separated, which is not a big thing. the problem was that our server talked on her handy while he took our order. she was extremely slow and we had to repeat what we wanted several times. we also had to say 3x that our order was together. our server was more interested in her phone call and then our order. I found it very rude and unprofessional. if they want to return customers, they need to show their customers that they are important and not talking all the time on the phone.
They “lost” the meatball sub. The first person put the meatball sub in the toaster. Next person made my other sandwich and then the mysterious sub went missing. They didnt know where it was. I told them its in the toaster and by the time they got it out, it was burnt. I requested for them to make another, the sandwich maker says “it looks fine”.Another visit in to this location and the sandwich maker was clearly sick. Coughing, watery red eyes and not wearing gloves while handling the bread. Not in this Covid times. I just canceled my order.
we just went there and the young who serve were extremely rude. first he did not see happy to receive customers, and then he was aggressiv the witness placed on the sandwich. customers before us went between their order and his words was “okay GO”! overall, bad service! never go there! his name tag was like np away! I was greatly disappointed in the lack of quality. By the time I had eaten about a quarter of the sub I became ill. After inspecting the remainder of it, I discovered that one of the ingredients was off. Needless to say, I threw the rest in the garbage. I would rate it with a zero but they don't offer that option.
unacceptable waiting time with two workers. lady who worked the table had two airpods all the time on the phone. the man did not work to do something else to help. as assuming how many condiments to put on it had to ask several times. not acceptable will not return again.
worst sub i’ve ever had watching them make it made me lose my appetite instantly for now on only going to the subway in Port Dover cuz they know how to make an amazing sub
