I saw one negative reply on here which holds no merit at all. Must have come from the same person who was not awarded the contract. This Subway meets all the high profile Subway standards that is seen throughout the world. The ownership of this Subway and the other two Subway's in Port Colborne are deeply involved with the community and are helpful not only to our group, but to many other group in the city. Having an international brand like Subway in the Vale Health and Wellness Centre only takes a first class facility to a higher level.
I read a negative review here that is completely unfounded. It seems to have come from someone who did not get a contract. This Subway location meets the high standards of the global Subway brand. The owners of this Subway and the other two in Port Colborne are actively involved in the community, not just with our group but with many others in the city. Having an internationally recognized brand like Subway in the Vale Health and Wellness Centre elevates the facility to a top-notch level.
We dine at this restaurant because it is conveniently located at the YMCA. Sometimes there is only one staff member working, causing long lines. On top of that, my son has been treated rudely by the staff for making multiple small purchases. I understand that there is a fee for each debit transaction, but it is still much cheaper than using a credit card. Despite these issues, my son spends over a week at the YMCA.

I realize there is a fee for each Debit purchase, but it is still quite a bit less expensive then credit. And he spends over $50 a week there.
