I think it's time for this restaurant to make some changes. The two Indian men working there frequently exhibit a negative attitude. They constantly try to upsell customers, putting pressure on them to buy extra chips and drinks. When you decline, the quality of service noticeably decreases. I've been a loyal customer since I was a child, and their behavior hasn't improved at all over the years. Additionally, they often speak in their native language, which wouldn’t be an issue, but a friend of mine who understands it has overheard them making disrespectful comments. I had a really disappointing experience at this restaurant. My partner found the server to be unfriendly, which was surprising given all the places we've been to. We ended up eating in the car because he didn't want to stay in such an uncomfortable environment. I also didn't receive the cheese I requested, and half of the vegetables were missing from my order, even though I clearly instructed to leave out only the pickles. To make matters worse, the server shot me hostile looks while I was waiting in the bathroom. While it seems some customers have had better interactions with the staff, our experience was far from enjoyable.
This place is easily the most unfriendly spot to grab a sandwich. They consistently overcharge customers, often setting prices higher than they should be. On top of that, they sneak in extras without informing you. I stopped in for a regular spicy Italian—nothing unusual—and it ended up costing me $10. Later, I went to another Subway and got the same sandwich for only $7. I definitely won’t be returning to these scammers.
I typically don't set high expectations for Subways, but this location was especially underwhelming. I'd like to provide some constructive criticism, but I'm not sure they take negative feedback seriously. If possible, I suggest making the extra trip to the Subway at Lorton Station instead.

My family and I absolutely adore this restaurant. The staff is incredibly friendly, and we really enjoy the subs they serve. It's a place we love to return to, whether we're just stopping by for a meal or spending an entire week savoring their delicious food.
The staff at Subway are generally very helpful, though the youngest employee has difficulty with English and often requires instructions to be repeated. Also, the frequent prompts to upgrade to double meat can become a bit bothersome.
The staff member working on Tuesday, May 11th, was exceptional; they made an amazing sandwich and maintained a cheerful and friendly demeanor throughout. What a wonderful way to spread positivity!
I had a disappointing visit to Subway. I ordered a 6-inch Italian BMT, but the bread was stale and the sandwich had very little meat. It was quite disappointing.
