I came on my lunch break from work and was excited to grab an Italian BMT for lunch. Double meat and everything, I waited in line and was anticipating my lunch. About three quarters of the way of my sandwich done I was told that they are only taking cash, they took my sandwich and threw it straight into the trash and told me I couldn't be helped. Three other sandwiches were thrown away after the credit card machine hadn't already been working for ten minutes, and they told us verbally after several people walked out. They put up a sign after I suggested it to them, but by then my lunch was already over, terrible management and communication skills to the customer.
This is the worst sandwich I have ever had. I ordered two sandwiches, but when I got home and opened them, I was extremely disappointed to find old bread with very little filling. There were only a few tomatoes and a sprinkle of lettuce. The sandwich was dry and tasted terrible. I couldn't even finish a bite. I will definitely not be returning to this restaurant. Stay away.
This is the worst we visited. We used to go there all the time when we travelled to Vacaville. This last time they must've changed ownership. I got a meal and found my diet Pepsi was soapy tasting. They wouldn't replace the drink and told me it wasn't soapy. Never came to my table with any explanation. Showed no customer compassion.
The restaurant frequently runs out of bread and toppings during dinner service. The staff's default response seems to be "sorry, we're out of that" to most requests. It may be better to visit the deli next to Safeway across the street for a more satisfying experience. Your time and appetite will be better served there.

The customer service at this restaurant is terrible! The Indian woman is extremely rude and frequently rolls her eyes at customers. I have visited multiple times and she consistently displays rude behavior. I am unsure if she is the owner or manager, but her customer service is absolutely awful.
We stopped by here last Sunday on our way up to Mt.Diablo. We split a foot long sandwich. The lady making our sandwich was wonderful. She knew we were splitting it because we had different toppings in each side. She actually wrapped each half in its own paper. Much appreciated!
I go here every Friday and it's always the same the Chicken club...it takes a bit of time to get it right but finally Success I don't give up and the parking is great in the morning.
Great stop for a perceivably a healthier bite! I go for the foot long turkey...in and out of there in 7 minutes tops.

This location is consistently good. Kids love the sandwiches here.
