I would give them a zero if possible. Every time I go in there someone has an attitude or screws up an order. The last straw came today when they claimed they never received my online order. When I questioned them, the manager yelled at me and told me to leave, which I didn't. He said to use DoorDash and not come in anymore. He is a tiny man with Napoleon syndrome. He then changed his tune when I showed him my order on my phone. Never received an apology or anything. What a clown show.
Poor attitude. You can tell the servers do not want to be there. Skimp on everything. Skimp on the meat .. skimp on the lettuce .. add some pathetic looking tomato slices .. wrapped up in dry bread. I mean if you really don't care about your customers then work some place. One person ordered online and was charged $130 dollars for 3 sandwiches. She was told the error was her problem and to go fix it herself. No more Subway in Alamo for me.
My favorite subway. The people are so kind, accommodating and helpful. I am so thankful for the team there. Especially Edgar, Chris and Miguel. You won't regret it if you go. Only thing is the drink fountain, one of the drinks won't stop until you press the button again but the company refuses to replace it, very bad on subways part, allowing their customers to get drink all over their hands. Please subway corporate do better
This is the worst sandwich I have ever had. I ordered two sandwiches, but when I got home and opened them, I was extremely disappointed to find old bread with very little filling. There were only a few tomatoes and a sprinkle of lettuce. The sandwich was dry and tasted terrible. I couldn't even finish a bite. I will definitely not be returning to this restaurant. Stay away. Book a table now
The food is inconsistent. It's good sometimes, and other times, it's cold or too salty. The people behind the counter are kind. But uh, the food just isn't good anymore for whatever reason. And the rehashed menu didn't really do much to solve this problem. I view this as more a corporate problem than you know, a store problem in and of itself.
The restaurant frequently runs out of bread and toppings during dinner service. The staff's default response seems to be "sorry, we're out of that" to most requests. It may be better to visit the deli next to Safeway across the street for a more satisfying experience. Your time and appetite will be better served there.
Glad we found this tucked away near CVS. We were greeted with smiles and received superior service. While our dog waited outside, one of the team members offered us a chicken treat for Peanut, which she happily devoured. We sat outside, enjoyed lunch, people watched, and decided the experience was worthy of a review.
The customer service at this restaurant is terrible! The Indian woman is extremely rude and frequently rolls her eyes at customers. I have visited multiple times and she consistently displays rude behavior. I am unsure if she is the owner or manager, but her customer service is absolutely awful. Book a table now
