I wanted to use two offers the 50% and free cookie) which wasn’t allowed which I understand so I only used the 50% off offer but it didn’t work even though it was visible on my phone app, and worked for my friends who just ordered before me. So I then asked to use my points £5) and she scanned it but didn’t use it which I don’t understand. I got the free cookie but that wasn’t what I wanted. When I asked her again she just pressured me to pay full price cuz there were other customers. I understand the rush but I don’t understand everything else.
