I recently visited Subway and ordered two 1-foot Chicken Bacon sandwiches. The prices have increased significantly—I ended up paying $31.05 for the two sandwiches, a bag of chips, and three cookies. While they were adding condiments like tomato and lettuce, I had to repeatedly ask for more to be added. The amount of meat and cheese was minimal, just barely enough. It's really disappointing. Living in a low-income area, it's frustrating to see menu prices keep rising. On top of that, the sandwiches weren't very tasty anymore. I used to be a regular customer, but I won't be returning. I will say the young adults working at Subway were great—very polite—but they don’t control the menu or prices...

The restaurant is supposed to be open until 10 PM on weekdays, but when I tried to place an order through Uber at 9:47 PM, it showed that the establishment was closed. This is incredibly frustrating, especially since Google indicated that they were still open. It's hard to understand why a place like this remains in business when it clearly fails to provide good customer service.
My experience at this Subway was awful, marked by unpleasant service and insincere management. The arrogance and self-importance I encountered were shocking and left me feeling unsettled when they explained their policies. The staff came across as intimidating, making the whole visit feel highly unprofessional.

The customer service is terrible. I called six times, and no one answered to help me change my order. They never make the footlong sandwich the way it’s supposed to be. Really disappointing.

If you're craving sandwiches, Subway is the top choice. I often eat there and am consistently satisfied with my meals, so I wholeheartedly recommend it.
Customer service was amazing! The lady was very polite! Quick service, no waiting! Sandwich was good! Didn't feel like old, rotten!

I keep experiencing canceled delivery orders whenever I try to place one. I think I’ll give them a call.
