Subway - Table reservation

Came in here to get an early lunch this morning the staff was friendly and gave me fresh bread, but when I looked at the lettuce it was brown and wilted I almost didn 't get any but the employee working said yeah that doesn 't look good... and went and got some fresh lettuce for me! I appreciated him giving good service I was having a rough morning, and the staff going that extra mile for my enjoyment really brightened my day today! I appreciated him getting new lettuce, because whoever left that other lettuce on the bar seriously needs to wake up. It was brown, wilted... I wouldn 't feed that to my dog lol. The restaurant overall was clean. Didn 't get a chance to look at the bathrooms. Als...

I hate to do this bc the people that work there are so nice, but they just don't do their job. I'm just done wasting money on food that shouldn't be acceptable to serve people. I love Subway, but the ingredients are just never fresh anymore. There's always brown, wilted lettuce, everytime. They've gotten so skimpy on the meat that you almost have to order extra. The olives literally sit in ice chunks in a freezer burned container. It's just gross. Once i saw the slime on the spinach leaves, i was done. I didnt wanna be a j so I paid for it, threw it away. We went home ate bologna.... again.

These are the rudest people. They make you feel like you are putting them out to fix your food. I live in this town and frequently visit because it is easy and semi healthy but I hate that there is no customer service. Do better
