I am never returning to this Subway location again, and I will avoid any others owned by the same franchisee. Last week, I attempted to order subs through the app using a coupon, but I discovered that online ordering was disabled at this location. This has happened before, so I went in to ask about using my coupon. The manager informed me that he wouldn’t accept it and that my only option was to go to a different store. Having managed several restaurants in the past, including a Subway, I was shocked by the poor level of customer service. Worst customer service ever. There was no one in the store, when I open the door there are three people behind the counter and not even one acknowledge the fact that someone has just entered and then on top of that I waited about 5 to 10 minutes still no acknowledgment. They just stood there in the back and worked on the orders that were done online. No one said “they’ll be right with me” we just stood there while they were making other people order so I just left. The fact that no one acknowledge is the issue. I don’t mind waiting because I do see that they had other pre-orders but at least let me know that you’ll be with me. Terrible customer Service

The girl serving us was clearly in a bad mood. When my husband requested a different bread because the one offered was falling apart, her attitude shifted completely and she served us reluctantly. She squished my sandwich, and my husband’s sandwich was drenched in sauce. The customer service was terrible—I don’t understand how she still works there if she can’t do the job properly, which is exactly what she’s being paid for.

Called many times to see if I could modify my doordash order (just wanted it toasted, online doesn’t give that option). No one ever answered. I’m assuming they were busy which is fine but my 2 star rating is for the poor managing skills of whoever is creating the schedules. You are clearly understaffed! Book a table now

At 9:44 PM, I went to the Subway in Poinciana to make a purchase, only to be told that they were no longer taking orders even though closing time was 10:00 PM. The restaurant was open, indicated by the sign, and it was right there on the same side. Very poor service.

Terrible customer service. You can't even reach a manager by phone because no one answers. Employees are eating in the back room and don’t seem to care about customers or taking orders, just saying the system is down. After eating here for 5 years, I’m done.

I encountered a problem while ordering on the app, but as soon as I arrived at the store, Daysha was there to assist me immediately and resolved the issue quickly. Now that's what I call excellent customer service! I'm really grateful for her help! Book a table now

I attempted to call the restaurant to check if they had the item I was looking for, but I ended up calling them six times without anyone answering. That's just outrageous. They should have picked up the first time. Poor customer service.
