I visited this Subway location on January 13, 2022, at 8 PM, and I have to say, the service was disappointing. The sandwich I received was quite dry, and the customer service left much to be desired. I enjoy flavorful sandwiches, so I asked for four different sauces, but the employee was very stingy with them, leaving my sandwich lacking moisture. Additionally, I ordered three cookies and requested if they could be warmed up, but the employee flatly refused, stating it wasn't possible. This is the first Subway I've encountered that wouldn't warm cookies for me. Overall, it was a letdown, and I won't be coming back.
Whoever was working at this Subway location on 1/13/22 8pm needs a training on pleasing customers and how to make a decent sandwich. The sandwich I received was dry and the customer service was poor. I like saucy sandwiches so I asked for 4 differentsauces on my sandwich but the employee was being so stingy with the sauces, which made my sandwich extremely dry. I alsopurchased 3 cookies and asked ?is it possible you can warm them up please?? He refused and said he cannot. This is the firstSubway restaurant where I?ve been refused warm cookies. What a disappointment, Won?t be returning.
I would not recommend dining at this location. The food is expired and the cleanliness is concerning; they don’t even clean their knives. There's an employee, a young Indian Punjabi guy, who has been known to spit in food if he doesn’t like someone. Please be cautious and avoid eating at this subway. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a SUBWAY. The address is 87-07 Astoria Blvd.
I would strongly advise against visiting this restaurant. The food was subpar and poorly prepared. The knives were not cleaned adequately, and I even witnessed a young Indian employee spit in someone's food because they were unhappy with their order. Please be cautious if you decide to go to this location at 87-07 Astoria Blvd, as it has been the worst Subway experience I've ever had.

The staff at this restaurant is exceptionally friendly. When I arrived, a gentleman welcomed me warmly and prepared a sandwich just the way I wanted it. Unfortunately, the soda machine was out of order, and the selection of cheese options was limited. Nevertheless, the food was quite good overall, and I would definitely recommend this place.
Young guy who works at night shift girls who work in the morning they are great in helping customers As i started coming here recently spent over 100 in 2 weeks allready , The old guy that works here he is not only rude but over charges you , happened twice allready with me , I m not coming back again .. this 1 star is because of him .

The restaurant consistently offers tasty food, but it’s a bit disappointing that they don’t accept any promotions or coupons. If you’re looking for better deals, I recommend taking a short stroll to the subway on Northern Blvd., where you can find both excellent food and discounts.

The service was poor and there was no air conditioning, despite it being one hundred degrees outside. I was not sure how much was going to be charged for the soft drink, as the machine was not working. Overall, my experience was bad.
I stopped by this restaurant for a quick meal for the first time. While the sandwich was ready, the bread was hard and lacking flavor. I won’t be coming back.
