Ordered a 12-inch sub, asked for bacon and ham, got my sandwich. He asked if I wanted it cut in half, so he cut it. He charged me for two sandwiches, costing $12.00. I had bought a sandwich before with a senior discount, it was $8, they cut it in half and didn’t charge me for 2 sandwiches. Don’t go there, they rip you off.
I am very offended by how I was treated at this location. Our family buys a lot of Subways and this location owner has a lot to learn about teaching his staff about customer service. First I should say I am Hispanic and my husband is a gringo. I realize the Asian community and some Americans have an issue with us Latins who do not speak perfect English but that is no reason to treat them as LESS .The two staff members during this transaction were treating me as a butt of some sort of inside joke and the sarcasm was obvious. If I were Latino I would look for another location to shop at
I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant due to the behavior of a blonde woman working there. She refused to toast my sandwich and wouldn't add cheese, either. When I went back to address the issue, she was rude and condescending, and I felt she was biased against me as a Hispanic woman. I will not be returning to this place.
The service was kind my husband said. But this sandwich??? Are you kidding me?? It came to me cold. It was flat so I opened it up to find one bell pepper and cheese partial melted.Not to mention, another sandwich was wrong. We will NOT be spending another dime at this location! Book a table now
Normally everything is great here but an employee by the name of Jesus was extremely rude and I won't be returning. The place was ruined by him. His manner of making sandwiches is very sloppy and ruins the sandwich. If I do comeback I hope I don't come in when he's there.
The food quality is excellent, and the restaurant maintains a high standard of cleanliness. The selection of vegetarian options is also impressive, particularly the veggie delight sandwich, which is a great choice for those looking for plant-based meals.
I visited subway, and was immediately struck by a rude employee named Jesus, he was rushing my order and was extremely unprofessional. I understand it's supposed to be fast but his work was extremely difficult and rushed.
