I used to visit this Subway for lunch regularly, at least twice a week, and I always had a great experience thanks to the same two staff members who were consistently friendly and provided excellent service. However, during my most recent visit, there was a new lady working, and while I had no issues until it was time to pay, things took a turn.
When I saw my total on the screen, it was higher than what I typically paid. I pointed this out to her, but she assured me that it was not my final amount. I proceeded to tap my card and, upon receiving my receipt, I discovered that the amount I had seen was indeed my total and that I had inadvertently left a tip.

My sandwiches ordered through the app were not prepared at all like I had ordered, no cheese even..... I would assume that I had asked for provolone but they didn't have it, they just decided to give me none. No giardinara as requested, no onions , maybe they had difficulty following directions. Then I guess they shouldn't be employed at a restaurant then. Terrible, there are other Subways in the area that can follow directions, will travel out of my way just to get the order correct.
Worst BMT ever! You built it upside down duhhh. The bread sucked too. Someone needs a retrain. Follow the M.O.P. You must have the book. I suggest you read it. If I'd noticed your 2.9 rating before deciding on subway I would have never even touched your door handle to begin with.

I ordered online, and the guy forgot to put cheese on both of my subs. He also added very few veggies, despite my request for more, and some veggies and sauces were missing altogether. This has never happened to me at other places.
The man there is very rude, stop making my sub and fix the paper dispenser until I told him I got to go, very bad attituded, stay away from that subway, I don't know who hire that kind of person.
The customer service was very poor, and they wouldn't even toast the bread. I do not recommend this location.
