Ordered online from Allen Park at 6:05. Email states ordered would be ready at 6:25. Arrived at 6:28 and ordered wasn’t even started yet! They said they were busy. I should have been next since I was in the store but they continued to wait on everyone else and then waited on me! I tip 20% for carry out and since service didn’t warrant a tip, I want that refunded. Wrong bread on my sub was wrong, no big deal. Still good sub. Made me wait to pay for my food, when the two ladies were already being serviced!Common sense would tell me, to let the customer PAY, then DEAL WITH OTHER PEOPLE!
Food is old and stale and counters are messy. Workers are also very inefficient. The sub got cold in the time it took for them to make it. Would not recommend.
