On Friday June 30, 2023, around approximately 4:25pm, I came to Subway for a sandwich on whole grain bread. I was told by the owner that this would take 30 minutes before the bread would be ready ready. I returned half an hour later to a very hostile, aggressive owner who acknowledged, I own this restaurant, if you don 't like it, then do not come back. I walked in and started to order minding my business. As I’m telling the lady what I want on my sandwich, I’m point at what i want through the glass but because my finger touched the glass the lady says “would you stop putting your hands on my glass, everytime you do that I have to go back and clean it”. She was extremely rude and unprofessional. That is terrible customer service. I hope this lady gets more training and is corrected on her behavior or is fired, that is never a way to speak to a customer. Her name is Joy, as shown on her name tag.
I absolutely recommend this Subway! Sandwiches are crafted with care. Owner and employees light up my day. Service is impeccable, and the restaurant is always clean.
