I had a terrible experience at this restaurant in June. I have not gone back since. I guess I suffered at the hands of the same guy that others have mentioned. He had a really really terrible attitude. Why does he even choose to work in the hospitalityindustry with that attitude? The owner/operator is equally disappointing ? One of the Worst Subway Awards!! Other People had already written about a Rude Male Employee. This is MY PERSONAL THINKING that he is not for Customer Service. This is a Reason he got the Worst Rating from Several Customers. It means AT LEAST MORE THAN TENTO TWENTY TIMES OF CUSTOMERS have NEGATIVE RATING to him. I like the Subway very much, however In my case, I prefer tovisit a Shopping Complex Just located at Corner of Walker Street and Ball Road next to DQ Subway. It tastes Very Good. Anyway,Employees are Good Attitude Manner. It is a Big Difference for this Rude Attitude Guy.
I often go to Subway, but my recent visit was disappointing. The Hispanic man who took my order had a terrible attitude and appeared to be unhappy with his job. He was rude and unprofessional to customers, prompting comments from others in line about his behavior. If it weren't for my children, I would have said something to him. I enjoy getting sandwiches at Subway. There’s usually the same polite man working, and the place is always clean. This time, an older lady served me who seemed a bit rushed but took her time to finally help me, even though I was the only customer. My sandwich was decent, but my husband’s wasn’t very good—it seemed to have less meat and cheese than usual.
The woman at this restaurant crafts an impressive steak and cheese sandwich. While the presentation might leave something to be desired, the flavor is outstanding. I've tried many sandwiches at Subway, but none can rival the steak and cheese sub offered here.
I really enjoy the daily foot-long specials. The sandwich is always prepared exactly how I like it. The service is quick, and the staff member was clean, wearing gloves and a mask.
This subway is the same as most other subway restaurants we have been patronized. The staff is friendly. The Express line for online orders is a great way to get In and Out fast.
