It's quite good, but Subway really needs to broaden its vegan options. Adding items like tofu, plant-based chicken, plant-based beef, and plant-based sausage would make a significant difference. Collaborating with Gardein could be an excellent way to introduce more plant-based items. They really should consider updating their menu. I used to visit regularly, but I've stopped going because there simply aren’t enough vegan or plant-based choices.
This place is alright enough I guess, when they are actually open. The problem is they are only open when they feel like it. I tried to stop by on the way home from work today while the open sign was open, but the door was already locked. The girl working there saw me and ran to the back until I left. I can't ever count on them being there past 7pm on most nights.
I called this restaurant at around 7:25 to place an order, but no one picked up. I finally managed to place a pick-up order at 7:49. The person I spoke with said they were waiting for their last customers and intended to close at 8:00. I pointed out that it was only 7:40, but they insisted they wouldn't close until their final customers had been served.
I hurried to the restaurant at 5 PM in the rain, only to find the door locked. Inside, three staff members were sitting at the tables, looking back and forth at each other and at me, but none of them bothered to come to the door to let me in. Since I was getting drenched, I chose to leave. I was not impressed with their work ethic. Book a table now
I visited the restaurant last Friday at 11:00 AM and found only one staff member getting ready for lunch. I ordered 20 whole subs, and he let me know it would take some time. However, he efficiently worked around the other lunch customers and had my order ready much sooner than I expected. I was really impressed by the service.
The sandwich was tasty, but the only issue was that the employee didn’t change gloves between making my sandwich and my friend’s, even though we had separate orders—she's a pescatarian and I had a turkey sub.

The Customer Service here is Terrible.I will not be going back to this location.
