It seems that the restaurant has experienced a decline in cleanliness and management. I would recommend going to the Subway on Saint John's Street instead, as the one on Congress seems to have attracted some unwanted individuals. It appears that the dedicated workers who kept the Subway clean have been laid off, leading to a less-than-ideal dining experience.
