I haven't had a Subway sandwich in a few years because I grew tired of the staff's attitude—like they were inconvenienced by making a sandwich. This wasn't specific to this Subway location, as I had never eaten here before, but rather a general feeling I had about the chain. However, I’m happy to report that my experience here was fantastic. The two gentlemen working were engaging and made my sandwich with great care, as if they were going to enjoy it themselves. They were friendly and accommodating, which helped me regain a positive perspective on Subway. This experience encourages me to try other Subway locations in the future.
As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by the owner and told to take my time and that he would help me whenever I was ready. I was feeling very indecisive and kept changing my order I felt bad and was apologizing. He told me not to worry about it and that I could change my mind as many times as I needed. When I was done with my order he rang me up and gave me a free cookie and he was very nice and helpful the entire time. I had a great experience here and we'll definitely be back. Good customer service and people that are upbeat and nice are very hard to find these days. I do not mind giving him my money.
Easily the greatest subway I’ve ever been to, the Wednesday morning shift on December 13th absolutely beat any service I’ve received from any fast food chain, including Chik-fil-a. They made the sandwiches nice and filling and had some perfect quality ingredients and FRESH AVACADO. I’m used to the piping bag of guacamole. Not to mention the manager shook my hand and thanked me for coming. My fiancée and I felt very welcomed at this subway and will definitely come back when we have another $40 for our meals, worth every penny too btw.
I want to say thank you to Peter for showing the best customer service I have ever felt. I came in with my new born daughter with my hands full and he helped me with a high chair and brought me my drink to my table. Just the nicest man. He was super friendly and helpful. Made my whole day. Thank you Peter for showing me there are still gentlemen out there!

The owner was in the store and said he would not accept coupons even though they were sent out by. Area manager because he said he doesn't want to lose money on any of his products So in a time where you trying to use Because everything is expensive store owners like this just do not care Will not be coming back
I absolutely loved this restaurant! The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring that everything was perfect for us. When we requested the sodium chart, the manager came out from behind the counter to assist us in finding the information we needed. Plus, we even received complimentary items!
The staff here was exceptional! From warm greetings to patient service and tasty recommendations, they made my visit a delight. Their teamwork and friendliness created a positive atmosphere. I'll be back for both the sandwiches and the fantastic service! ??
Great service and sincerely friendly. Although this was my first time here, it was obvious that this is normal. Owner/manager, I don't know for sure, greeted customers, some by name. After eating, many customers left with a friendly farewell to the staff.

The staff is very kind, they ask polite questions and basically get straight to the point without being too generic! One of the best Subway places is Sacramento! Wish other Subway’s and other fast food franchises took notes! Good one, Subway!
