I used to enjoy this restaurant, but recently had a confusing experience. I ordered two subs - a meatball sub and a grilled chicken sub with assorted veggies and teriyaki sauce. When I arrived to pick up my order, there was a long line of people waiting to order in person and only one employee making sandwiches for both in-person and online orders. The employee forgot to include my 2 cookies, but quickly apologized and gave them to me. Unfortunately, when I got home, my order was messed up - one sub only had chicken while the other had everything else on it. I wish I could leave 0 stars. However, in order to leave a review, you have to put in something. Admittedly I haven’t been to this location in quite awhile. That being said, in the past? They had accepted coupons. Today I went in after a doctor’s appointment and I was told they don’t participate in promotions. Well, that was extremely disappointing. I’ll never go here again.
We ordered a titan 6in, and a teriyaki 6in and we did dine in. As I looked over at the guy making a few sandwiches NEVER changed his gloves!!! He was touching money this is very disgusting and touching the meat REALLY never going back to this location, Money and change is dirty.
I am a huge fan of Subway, but I was very disappointed with my experience yesterday. The two sandwiches I ordered had tasteless, old bread and hot peppers instead of pickles. On top of that, they refused to accept my coupons. I will not be returning to this location.

Food suck the guy is lost he didnt event prepare my sub the way i ordered bread was not toasted missing sauce, it sucks that i cannot use the coupons in person because of online order it was not prepared infront of me and missing thing that i added to my order.
This restaurant should close down. They never have key ingredients for sandwiches and they are also very stingy with toppings. This place urgently needs to be either shut down or have the town intervene. Every experience here has been terrible.
Was in a few days ago, and the subway looks like it has gone downhill the food is garbage and looks like it is falling apart and dirty inside I would eat there with a 10ft pole!
