Subway - Table reservation

No I’m working late tonight I googled store hours open till 830 got there at 824 workers were still there door was locked shut no reason for closing early. No sickness I wrapped on the door, got to Worker’s attention, and they didn’t even bother to say nothing to me. like sorry we close earlier. We put the food away. They didn’t say nothing to me. You know I’m here 15 minutes away. I was really counting on it. A Fresh wholesome dinner from your place instead of other alternatives. It’s really rotten. Had an online order already paid for, went to the store to pick it up and they locked their doors early. I knocked and the two employees inside just stared at me. I called the store and was told they are closed and I couldn 't pick up my order. I mentioned that it wasn 't even time for them to close and the man on the phone informs me that he 's the manager and can close the store whenever he wants

Food is always good and fresh. Great service also with great personalities. I order online for pickup and they are always on time. The only thing I can’t understand is the deal online didn’t add my free bag of potato chips as it says.

Ordered meal on the app. Went to pick up order and store was closed. At no point did the store reject my order or contact me to let me know that they would be closed and to top it off they charged my card. This is ridiculous.
