Placed a mobile order at around 5-6, with it saying it would be ready by 6:25 and had to wait an extra 30 mins— Only for the order to be a mixup! Came home and realized it wasn’t my order, called the store twice (no pickup the first time and after someone picked up, they just told me it was a mixup with no solution to fix it. I tried calling back to see what I could do, but no one was answering. So, I drove back up there and asked if I could have my food, to which I have to wait AGAIN for a crazy amount of time. If you want to eat hear/order online, don't even bother. They're probably closed.Several times this week I've tried coming in and they're closed way before their stated closed time. Even today, on a Saturday at 1PM in the afternoon, they're closed. If you order online and try to cancel since they're closed, you're not able to. Subway policy states refunds must be made at the store but they're always closed so you can't get a refund.Don't even try. It's not worth dealing with this store.
This subway never has anything. Tonight I wanted a wrap and they said they were frozen and were not going to take any more wraps out. They are going to be open for another 3 hrs! How in the world is this place still open? Just go to Laurinburg or lumberton. This is not it. Also the young worker had her ear buds in and did not even care I was in there. It took forever and a day to get her attention.
I worked at this restaurant for one day in July 2023, during which I logged 5 hours of work, but I still haven't been paid. That's 5 hours of my time, and I shouldn't have to work for free! I strongly advise against working for Sandy; she's a difficult person and refuses to pay her employees. I'm planning to report this to the labor authorities.

I normally only get the sweet chicken teriyaki, with black olives, pickles and lettuce, topped with Ranch, Mayo, and sweet onion sauce. Only reason I gave it a 4 in the food is because years ago they stopped using mushrooms ?
The food was decent, but the sandwich maker didn't seem very eager to serve. The restaurant could use a bit more cleaning; it's been years since I last ate here, and I can understand why.
The place was nasty, flies on the food, tables and chair stacked on top of each other. No hair nets. Guy had on old baseball cap. Not professionally looking at all.
