I've never felt the need to write a negative review about a fast-food restaurant before, but here I am. I ordered a turkey and cheese sandwich with mayo and lettuce. They had run out of all types of bread except for one—fine, whatever. Then they were out of provolone cheese—alright, I can deal with that too. I asked for my sandwich to be toasted and walked out of the store. After getting into my car, I took a bite and was met with an overwhelming amount of mayo; it was completely unappetizing. It felt like they had used a whole cup of mayo on it. I reached for some napkins to scrape the excess off, but of course, there were no napkins available. Thanks for that.
Have you been here? Tonight, my service experience was unsatisfactory; I ask the lady if she was having a bad day, she said who me? I said yes, oh no. I said you made my pizza as if you were mad; then she broke the pizza and I ask for another one, she said we out of pizza . The she using her gloved hand to push up her glasses, I ask that she change her gloves, she took them off and ask her co-worker to finish. Where 's the service in this world? Buy things without being Kind!
I ordered two footlongs. When I tried to use the Subway coupon, that was mailed to my house, I was told, “we do not accept coupons”. When I asked why not, I was told that it was a new policy they just started. There was no sign and no communication of this “new policy” until after I had already ordered my food. Needless to say I won’t be back and I left the sandwiches on the counter.
I usually get great food and service from the old canton rd store, the two women who work there are always friendly and sandwiches great.....but, last night 6/29/22, around 7pm, it was 2 guys working that night, and let's just say it was different, service was ok, but my fiance and I sandwiches were terrible.

The woman that took my order could have been a little more friendly, but the order was accurate nonetheless. The drink station could have used a cleanup.Parking: There is plenty of parking for regular vehicles, as well as space for around 10-12 semis as long as the drivers know how to park.
Some of the employee's are very rude honestly I will never eat here again I will go to a different place if I want subway. The manager has not answered a phone call to even deal with a problem . Such an unpleasant place to go
Whoever makes the tuna needs a raise. The looks great and is kept clean. Really liking the fall decor they have up right now. Would highly recommend their chicken bacon ranch melt. 10/10 would visit again.
The sandwich was great. The server was awesome but only gave 4 stars bc she was rushing us on making a decision and there was only 1 other person n line. But overall still good.
