I visited a restaurant armed with a buy one get one free sandwich coupon, but unfortunately, my experience was not great. From my own experience, I don’t think I’ll be returning; I prefer to eat somewhere else. I strongly recommend that anyone looking to avoid disappointment steer clear of this restaurant.
I felt the need to share my thoughts after a conversation with an employee as he was getting into his car when I was leaving. I asked him why they closed early, and he said he needed to go home. When I mentioned that I intended to provide feedback on his service, he shrugged it off and seemed unconcerned.
I wish I could give this place zero stars. The customer service was terrible. The woman working on March 27, 2022, around 3 PM clearly did not want to be there. They were out of tuna and needed 20 minutes to prepare it. We waited in the car, and when we returned, she had put up a sign saying she was taking a 15-minute lunch break. She saw us and told us we needed to wait, without any apology and with a significant attitude. She just didn’t seem interested in doing her job.

When we came back after 25 minutes, she was on a lunch break and had locked the shop, refusing to even look at us. This behavior was very rude, racist, and completely unacceptable. This may be the worst subway ever. Usually only one person working to do everything. They either don't take coupons or limit what you can use them for. God bless the young lady who works alone and tries to make the best of an aweful situation that her employers put her in.
The staff member was outstanding, but unfortunately, the chicken had a rubbery texture. The toaster was out of order, and my chicken was cold and inedible. I bought it at 8:50, but by the time I inspected the sandwich and returned, the store had already closed.
During the busy period, there was only one staff member on duty, resulting in a 50-minute wait from when I placed my order. The dining area was cluttered with boxes, and many customers came in, waited briefly, and then left without placing an order.

I would appreciate it if there were more meat in my sandwich. I understand that portions are controlled, but Subway needs to be a bit more generous. A foot-long sandwich with just two half slices of cheese is simply not sufficient.
The people there are great! They actually listen to what you want on your sandwich ?. They are friendly considerate.
