Terrible experience! Not kid-friendly at all. I visited this Subway location today with my 2- and 3-year-old children. They were a bit noisy and moving around the store, so I tried to calm them down. However, one of the employees—maybe the manager or owner—kept staring at my kids and making strange noises, even when going to the restroom. When my 2-year-old was sitting down, the same employee was staring at them for a long time again. After we finished eating, I apologized for the noise and asked her not to look at my kids that way. If I could give zero or even negative stars, I would. I eat at Subway every week in many countries, but this was my worst experience by far. The woman owner is always present, making sure the staff limits the amount of vegetables they give to customers. I ordered a salad, but she charged me for a protein bowl instead. She also refused to give a water cup to another customer. The salad bowl was only half full, and I ended up having to get another meal afterward. Truly the worst experience I've had.
I requested extra veggies like spinach and tomatoes, but the amount I received was very minimal, possibly due to inflation. I pointed out that since the prices of all the sandwiches have gone up, the portion sizes should reflect that. I only asked for a couple of extra veggies, but the staff didn't seem to pay attention to my request, and the sandwich itself was underwhelming. I wouldn't recommend visiting this location; it's a waste of money, and the staff is quite rude.
I ordered a sandwich through the app for $6 plus tax, but I was charged $9. I requested extra veggies and tuna, but they barely added any. When I spoke with the manager, she dismissed my concerns and even told me to avoid this location in the future. The staff were also quite rude. I strongly recommend avoiding this Subway location.
