This restaurant was terrible. I requested my dish to be cooked three times, but when it finally arrived, it was still undercooked. It took about 15 minutes for the staff to realize there were customers waiting. While they were busy on their phones, neglecting their duties. This place is chaotic and the staff need to improve their customer service skills.
I want to give a shoutout to the manager at this restaurant. The staff is always friendly and efficient. You can find subs anywhere, but it's the staff that really makes this place worth it.
