Just left the establishment without any service door had a sign that it was open for business at 9am plus door was opened, someone popped their head from the back to inform me that business doesn't open up until 9am. When I informed him that the door was open and the sign said 9am his response was that he runs the show and has the discretion to open doors at his choosing. Not very friendly
I attempted to walk in and place an order at this restaurant, which appeared to be open. However, a girl sitting at the counter on her cell phone informed us that they were closed. We were unable to order online or make a purchase in-store—all we wanted was a pretzel. It was 8:45 PM, and the door clearly stated closing time was 9 PM. What is going on, Subway?
The sandwich was alright, but the employee was quite rude. When I requested extra paprika, he responded by saying he couldn't be rude. I got the impression he wasn't pleased that I used the subway app since I paid with a license.
