Generally, I have a great experience at this location, however, last night I had a bit of an odd situation occur. I had seen online on their website that their B.M.T was on a special promotion at 5.99$. So i arrive at the counter and present the worker with the advertisement and inquire if the promotion is valid at the location. She quickly confirms with another employee through her headset that yes that deal is valid. So i go through with my order and build my sandwich, only to be told at cash (by the same person who confirmed through the headset) that the promotion is actually not valid and it has expired. I put a mobil order in arrived 15 minutes after the emailed said it would be ready. When I walked in I was ignored. I stood in line to discover they were just making my subs. Then I didn't get the chips and drinks with my order. However, I do deliveries and couldn't go back and and complain or get the items I had paid for.
I had a terrible experience at this restaurant due to the extremely disrespectful staff. They showed no willingness to resolve any issues. I paid for three subs but left without any. It was an awful experience overall. I strongly recommend you avoid this place and choose another restaurant instead. I won’t be returning.
Overall pretty good, they had the ingredients right and the Tuna sub was at least toasted a bit, but they didnt toast the #2 Great Canadian Club so there was just a lot of unmelted cheese to bite through and the bread was a bit soggy.

I usually don't like to drive to subway, but the dame that works today at 1 o'clock was great! she was super nice and made the subs perfectly
the wrap was sloppy and half filled. most of it was wrap/pita just folded in a thick layer. the sauce was excessive and soggy.
The sandwich had a lot of toppings, and the restaurant had a lively atmosphere. However, I was in and out quickly.
Delicious food, and if you visit frequently, they'll even remember your usual order. The staff is fantastic!
