Went into the store around 7:30pm, two girls were working and one boy was just hanging around talking with the girls, he didn’t seem to work there. As soon as I started my order it seemed me being there was an inconvenience to the girls. They just threw my sandwiches together, didn’t listen about the meat I wanted on one of them and only gave me half of what I asked for. I mentioned it and the girl was completely rude about me wanting the additional meat I asked for. Rolled her eyes and huffed about giving me what I originally asked for. The food tasted fine, but there were hardly any veggies on them too much sauce. I doubt I’ll be back, terrible customer service.
It seems there is a new owner at this restaurant. I had an issue with my pickup order today; it was incorrect, and when I requested a correction, I was simply told "sorry." So, I called to speak with someone in charge, who claimed to be the new owner. He didn't seem to care about my concerns, insisting that everything was done correctly from his perspective, but that wasn't the case for me. Given this experience, I won't be returning to this location until it changes hands again. Unfortunately, with this new owner, I doubt the restaurant will last long!
The service was not good n the food was even worse. I'm unsure how you can screw up an order of this kind, but they did. Ordered roast beef and provolone. It’s pretty bad when there is SO little roast beef on your sandwich that you only taste cheese. Unacceptableespecially what they charge for a sandwich. Blatant greed on the owners part. Won’t return. Service: Take out Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20

Dear Jerrod Cortes, I was a little hurt by the way my food tasted, something needs to change with that chicken. Very icky! Ewwy Im extremely upset with how my day went and just to think it couldn’t get worse, the chicken made it worst. Please fix this behavior!
