Another employee asked Yasmin if she had washed her hands, but she ignored the question. When I inquired about the business's contact information, she acted as if it was beneath her to respond. A customer ahead of me voiced similar concerns about Yasmin’s behavior. When I mentioned that I would report her to the District Health Department for her careless actions, Yasmin began to curse at me.
I asked for the company information and the contact number of another employee, Uma, who was much nicer. Yasmin’s attitude changed once I told her to stop speaking to me. I plan to file a formal complaint. It’s disappointing that customer service has deteriorated to this level.
This is my local Subway. It's really hit or miss. Some of the staff are excellent and some are very rude. I had a terrible experience a few weeks back and messaged the branch through Subway's website. No one ever got back to me. Overall it would be better if they has better customer service.
Staff Was Incredibly Friendly and food was very good. I ate in and the bathroom and whole restaurant and facilities were very clean. Will definitely be returning!!
The restaurant is clean and located in a nice area, but unfortunately, the tuna wasn't fresh. I had to throw away my sandwich because it didn't taste good at all.
